AKANU IBIAM FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC UNWANNA PAYMENT OF ACCEPTANCE FEE!!!

This is to notify the students that the Acceptance Fee Payment has begin.


ACCEPTANCE OFFER OF PROVISIONAL ADMISSION

Each candidate offered provisional admission is required to accept the offer by paying non-refundable acceptance fee of Ten Thousand Naira(#10,000) Only through the following designated channels:

1) Poly Unwanna Microfinance Bank {A/c No. CS01000017},

2) Log into remita net (This is done in any commercial bank).

REGISTERATION PROCEDURES FOR FRESH STUDENTS

  Below are the strps required to be followed by fresh students during registeration process:

1) Go to www.akanuibiamfedpoly.net
   
       a) Log in with your JAMB registeration number as your          name and put "password" as your default password but you can change it as soon as you log in.
       b) Candidates should also upload the following documents
           • Certificates

           • Passport-size Photographs

           • IT Letter (If applicable)

           • Testimonial from the last school attended

           • Letter of Attestation of good character from Parents, a Clergy Man or a Senior Public Officer.

Once done, the candidate should enter remita acceptance fee code and submit.

2) Candidate should proceed to Head of Department with Original Credentials/Documents.

3) The Head of Department logs into online Portal and sees submitted applications from relevant candidates and can screen details. If satisfied the HOD can "Accept". The candidate will be notified via email and can proceedto pay balance of e remaining school fees either through
  • Poly Unwana Microfinance Bank or 
  • Bank Remita
4) The candidate can log into prtal again, go to the fes section and key in payment details and print out acknowledgment slip of payment.

5) Incase of change of course, the candidate reports to the Office of the Deputy Rector (Academic) for proper guidline.

ALSO NOTE: 
Candidates are advised to retain these documents as they will subsequently be demanded for further registeration.

6) The candidate proceeds to the Medical Centre for Registeration and Medical Examination; the medical team logs into online portal and "Clears" candidatees after medical screening.

7) The candidates proceeds to the "Registeration Officer" with the following documents: 
  • Acknowledgement Slip of payment of fees/online registeration.
  • Original Certificates
  • IT Letter (if applicable)
  • Testimonial from the last schol attended
  • Letter of Attestation of good character from Parents, a Clergy Man or a Senior Public Officer.
  • Medical Clearance
8) On completionof admission process, candidate is issued admission letter and all data becomes avavilable immediately to: 
The Head of Department
Students Affairs Department
Admission Officer (Rgisteration Officer)

9) Candidates is then informed via email of their student ID number which is generated automatically and how they can log into the students portal to register for courses for semester.
NOTE: You are required to maintain the order of name in the certificate with which you have been offered admission. Change of name will not be allowed except for a female student who may get married during her programe. There should be no abbreviation of NAMES in any of the Forms to be completed.
